Good evening!! 🕯😇 🥂 Tonight I’m dining on a classic simple bowl dish of tin salmon, green lentils, basmati and wild black rice folded into greek yogurt with herbs, add lemon 🍋 juice and black olives to suit
So what wine? White or rosé will work well with this timeless dish and I recommend Asda Gary Barlow Organic White Wine (or the pink version) from Spain, £8 and a good 12%
Now it’s easy to get sarky here and suggest this is a £5 table wine pimped to £8 by association but let’s give it a whirl!
