Any stirfry veg – today I fried spring greens, mushroom, red pepper, root ginger, onion, spring onion, broad beans and my sauce was 5 spice, ginger, pinch nutmeg, groundnut oil, lemon juice, a clementine, cider vinegar, rosé wine (makes it delicious), runny honey, sesame oil with sesame seeds added last – try diced fresh pineapple
